Orders can be sent via First Class or Special Delivery including protective P&P:

 

First Class in UK - £4.99

 

Special Delivery in UK- £8.99 guaranteed delivery date with tracking

International Delivery- £15.99 with tracking / £5.99 without tracking

Please note that you must comply with all applicable duties, laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

Items purchased from the collections can be exchanged or returned for a full refund. The customer is responsible for the full payment and return of items by Special Delivery. In order to receive a full refund or exchange the item needs to be returned unworn, in good condition & original packaging within 14 days. ​

 

Any damaged or faulty work must be notified of within 48 hours of receipt. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, a full replacement, refund or exchange will be arranged at no extra expense.

COMMISSIONS & BESPOKE

 

For commissioned work a deposit of 50% is required at the start with the balance paid on collection or prior to shipment. Commissioned and personalised works are made specifically to your requirements and therefore, cannot be returned or exchanged. Please allow a minimum of 6 weeks processing time for bespoke services.
